Mendes Holler projects area performs all engineering and its detailing in all disciplines required for the construction of a Data Center, from architecture, civil, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, fire detection and alarm system, generators and their diesel systems, etc. The use of BIM tool, with all our history developed and translated into standardized libraries, dramatically speeds up the project cycle and the calculation of the estimated CAPEX. It also accelerates the construction process, avoiding interferences and generating manufacturing drawings for pre-manufactured civil construction, cooling pipelines or electrical/communication infrastructure areas.
