AUTOMATION/BMS

Mendes Holler. Innovation and value creation.

Mendes Holler automation solutions allow its clients real-time interaction with their installations (Electrical, Hydraulic, HVAC, Fire Systems, Access Control, CCTV, among others), consolidated into a BMS (Building Monitoring system), in addition to integrating IoT, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence technologies to solve our clients' business purposes (energy efficiency, improved product specification, and increased productivity, are some examples).

FOCUS ON

MISSION CRITICAL INSTALLATIONS

Our AUTOMATION engineering develops customized solutions

and control solutions.

Systems integration

These systems allow users to manage their installations more efficiently, ensuring greater reliability, easier operation, more effective maintenance, and, consequently, a significant reduction in operating costs (OPEX).

Below are some examples of disciplines and approaches to our solutions:

Electricity

  • Complete monitoring of electrical installations, from the client's input and power to the lowest level of loads, including monitoring and management of the system's electrical parameters

  • Power factor management/control

  • Alternative sources monitoring and control (Generators, UPS, etc)

  • Building lighting management system (time scheduling, point sensing, exclusive supervisor controls, etc)

Hydraulics

  • Monitoring and control of hydraulic installations, seeking optimization/saving of resources and consumables

HVAC

  • Environment temperature monitoring and control, through precision equipment

  • Automation of chillers and chilled water plants

  • Air conditioning and air renewal systems

  • Integration of multidisciplinary systems, with dampers control triggered by security/fire controls and the like.

Fire

  • Integration of various systems, including early, punctual detection and fire fighting through automatic systems (gas, sprinklers, water mist, etc.)

Property security

  • Integration of access control systems and closed-circuit television (CCTV)
